The topic of the month is Japanese music (traditional to pop). I hope this event will provide a cross-cultural learning platform for you to exchange information, opinions and help your deeper understanding of different cultures with native speakers.
The details of the sessions are below.
Date: 25th of February 2017 (the 4th Saturday this month)
Time: Japanese Speaking Session 10:00 am – 10:55 am
(Break 10:55 am – 11:05 am)
English Speaking Session 11:05 am – 12:00 pm
Venue: Southbank
Free of charge
Please remember you can help with organising and support the continuity of these events with your contributions – you can find the contribution box on the table during the event. That money is used to show courtesy (e.g. to buy Japanese snacks) to the native speakers who kindly attend to talk with you. In the case of reaching extra money, that will be donated to the government organisation which helps people who suffer from the natural disasters in Japan.
In addition, if you would like to invite your friends who are interested in the sessions, please feel free to do so. If so, please let me know their names and e-mail addresses in advance.
