こんにちは。 前のレッスンで、日本人と働くとき 報連相（ほうれんそう） がとても大切だと勉強しましたね。In the previous lesson, we learned that reporting, informing, and consulting (ほうれんそう) is very important when working with Japanese people.

今日は相手にわかりやすく伝える報連相のポイントを勉強しましょう。 Today, let's study the key points for reporting, informing, and consulting in a way that is easy for you to understand.

日本の会社では、
上司に質問される前に、自分から伝えることがとても大切です。
 In Japanese companies, it is very important to proactively communicate before your boss asks you questions.

では、どうすれば上手に報連相ができますか？
So, how can you do reporting, informing, and consulting well?

 
 
上司やチームの人たちにわかりやすく伝えるために５W２Hを伝えてください。 To communicate clearly to your boss and team members, use the 5W2H framework.

なぜ（Why） 

どうやって（How） 

どのくらい（How much / How many）


これを使うと大切なことを言い忘れません。
 Using this ensures you don't forget important details.
 

 
では、実際に５W２H を使った会話を聞いてみましょう。 Now, let's listen to a conversation using the 5W2H method.

「報告」の例 

 部長、今日10時に行った会議の件です。
 

セールス部が（Who）、
来月(When)イギリスで新商品をリリースする(What)ことになりました。ライバル会社より早く出すためです（Why）。 

 Example of “Reporting”

Manager, regarding the meeting held at 10 AM today.
The Sales Department (Who) will release a new product in the UK next month (When). This is to launch it before our rival company (Why). 

 「連絡」の例

次の会議は、来週水曜日１１時から（When）、第３会議室（Where）です。 

15人（How many）来ます。

資料はメールで（How）送ります。 

 Example of “Communication”
The next meeting is next Wednesday at 11:00 AM (When) in Conference Room 3 (Where).
Fifteen people (How many) will attend.
I will send the materials by email (How).

「相談」の例

セールス部（Who）からクライアント（Who）にメールをした（What）ほうがいいでしょうか。 

 Example of “Consultation”
Should the Sales Department (Who) email (What) the client (Who)?
