How To Log-in 

Thanks for signing up for our online course at Master SPEAKING Japanese operated by Arai Academy of Japanese Studies.　　　

Step 1: Access www.masterspeakingjapanese.com

Step 2: Click 'Log in' button on the top of the page.　

Step 3: Put your log in details and you will see the course.

Please remember your log in details that you created at signing up the course.

  • your registered e-mail address
  • the password

<If you cannot log in>

Please check,

  1.  if the e-mail address is the one that you registered.
  2.  if your password was correctly typed in.
How to Change the Password

If you forget your password, you can set up a new password. Please follow the instruction. 

  • Type your registered e-mail address on the log-n page.
  • Click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the page.
  • Type your e-mail address again on 'Recover Password' page. 
  • Click Send Recovery Info.
  • You will receive an e-mail from Arai Academy of Japanese Studies with the title of 'Reset password instructions'. 
  • Within 6 hours, click the link given on the mail and type new password on 'Create New Password' page and click Submit.

<If you did not receive the e-mail>

If you did not receive the e-mail for changing password after 30 minutes with a good internet connection, Please mail to [email protected]. After we receive your e-mail, we will manually send an e-mail with the link.
