Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing Arai Academy of Japanese Studies. This refund policy applies to all courses and services provided by Arai Academy of Japanese Studies.

If you need a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of your payment. Once we receive your message, we will process your refund. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your request is made after 12 hours have passed, refunds will not be available. If anything is unclear, please feel free to reach out anytime.

Record of refund

If your refund is processed shortly after the original charge, it may appear as a reversal. In that case, the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement, and the balance will adjust without showing a separate refund line.

If you do not see a refund after ten business days, please check whether the original charge has disappeared. If the charge is still there, please contact your bank for more information.

If you have a new card

If you have a new or replacement card, most banks will redirect the refund to that card. If no new card exists, the refund is usually sent directly to your bank account.
