1The slogan of Arai Academy of Japanese Studies is 'Enrich your life!'.

２ Because I believe that the learners will enrich their live with more joy in their daily life when they expand their views more through learning Japanese.

３I love the research done by the Russian psychologist in second language acquisition called Lev Vygotsky.

４He says that you can speak like a native speaker (of the target language) once learners understand the native mind-sets, because what you think comes out as a phrase.

５In this way, the learners can speak like the native speaker.

６That's why, I always focus on Japanese ways of thinking when I teach Japanese expressions.

７So, my students all say that (the lessons) are great fun.

８When you have broaden your views, you can understand the (cultural) differences and also can accept these.

９I am sure that this ability is very important in the globalising world.
