"Kizuki" My Insight — Our Gentle Beginning
Sep 21, 2026
I’ve long had a quiet practice in my life — writing down the small moments of insight that appear gently in my day.
I realized that this is actually a “ZenLearning” approach — questioning something, reflecting on it, sometimes experiencing it, and finally arriving at my own answer.
I’m exploring how inner shifts change the way the world looks — and expressing those moments just as they arise.
I call this series Kizuki — a Japanese word for “a quiet shift in perception.”
What is Kizuki?
Kizuki is not an action. It is a moment of inner movement — a subtle change in the way we see.
It isn’t a concept to explain, but a way of letting the world I feel inside flow naturally outward into words.
Why I write it
I value the Zen principle of mind, speech, and body as one — shin ku i 身口意.
What I feel internally (mind) naturally becomes expression (speech and body).
Writing Kizuki is my way of practicing this flow.
It is my form of ZenLearning — a quiet part of my personal growth.
My quiet invitation
I hope this Kizuki series brings small shifts of perspective into your daily life —
gently, softly, and in your own time.

Kizuki
Mind(意)で感じたことが、 Expression(口・身)として自然に外へ流れる。
